Andrea supports the Corporate Development and Operations Director and serves as her key backup in both strategic and operational functions. She leads the firm’s marketing initiatives and oversees the integration and performance of its technology infrastructure, ensuring that software systems, CRM tools, and internal databases effectively support all areas of the business, including deal flow, client management, and transaction coordination.

Andrea is instrumental in identifying and implementing process improvements, with a focus on optimizing internal operations and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. She provides direct support to business brokers and M&A specialists, assisting them with the tools, resources, and data needed to serve clients effectively.
She also plays a central role in recruiting, training, and managing the transaction support team—offering ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and mentoring to ensure high standards of execution throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Andrea contributes to a multilingual and multicultural client experience while reinforcing the firm’s reputation for professionalism and excellence.
