We work in partnership with immigration attorneys. They assist with the determination of the optimal visa category for each individual Buyer. There might be several visa options depending on a variety of factors, eg. country of origin, amount of investment, number of jobs created. Some of the most popular visas are the EB-5, E-2 and L-1.

Once the visa category has been determined, we identify the type of business that best fits such visa, and that presents a good match for the Buyer’s interests, skills and resources.

We work with the Buyer to identify a specific and ideal business to purchase. Our experienced professionals assist and guide you during the acquisition process, please refer to our “Steps to Buy a Business” section which explains in detail each step of the way.

Once the specific and ideal business has been identified, we assist you in preparing an offer, negotiating, and getting the business under contract. The attorney then files a visa petition. This might become one of the contingencies for closing.

When the visa has been authorized and all other contingencies have been removed, we will coordinate the closing.
