Luz Maria oversees our marketing centered approach to selling businesses.  She designs and implements powerful marketing tools and campaigns to promote our listings; deploying efforts through different channels including local business brokerage associations (BBFMLS), major business portals (bizbuysell.com, bizquest.com, businessforsale.com), international buyers, corporations, trade associations, private equity groups, social networks (Linked-in). 

She ensures that the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained, verifying that all business information promoted through public channels are stripped of any identifying data. She is also responsible for promoting and maintaining the highest quality and professionalism in all marketing efforts such as direct mail, confidential business reports, e-mail blasts, web SEO, pay per click and seminars. Additional tasks under her supervision include website maintenance, social media participation and sponsorship events.

Luz Maria has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA from the Lubin School of Business in New York. She has worked for international corporations in Finance and Marketing divisions, has lived in the US and Latin America. Luz Maria is fluent in English and Spanish.
