MEET MARIA

Maria leads the firm’s business development and operational strategy, playing a key role in identifying, cultivating, and securing new client relationships. Her responsibilities include prospecting for potential sellers and buyers, developing targeted outreach strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term client relationships to support the firm’s growth objectives. She collaborates closely with our marketing partners to implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, and direct outreach initiatives such as cold calling.
In her operational role, Maria oversees the firm’s day-to-day activities to ensure a streamlined, efficient, and high-performing business environment. She manages internal workflows and supports the brokerage and M&A teams to facilitate smooth, timely, and successful transactions.

Maria also oversees the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new business brokers and M&A specialists—ensuring they are well-equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to succeed within the firm’s high-performance culture.
She supervises the preparation of key materials for business evaluations, including the financial review of client-provided documents and the assessment of their completeness and accuracy. Her team plays a vital role in supporting the due diligence process—acting as the central liaison among all parties involved and driving transactions forward to a successful closing.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria brings strong cross-cultural communication skills that enhance client service and expand the firm’s international reach.
