At Abalaris Business Ventures our team of professionals will perform an in-depth analysis of the business based on an extensive questionnaire and multi-variate analysis, including the benchmarking of each enterprise based on factors such as:
We request the last 3 years of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Tax Returns). Based on this analysis, we will recast your results by making adjustments to the different line items in your Income Statement and Balance Sheet. We use several evaluation methods to provide our Sellers with a professional opinion of fair market value and a recommended listing price.

We zealously guard confidentiality and have several mechanisms to ensure that the identity of the business, owners and representatives remain secret. We understand that business owners need to ensure that employees, customers, vendors and competitors are not aware of their decision to sell their business.

Additionally we work with international Buyers who may be interested in purchasing a business to secure a US visa and relocating to our country.
4 Vetting of Potential Buyers
In order to introduce any potential Buyers to the business owner, we follow a rigorous screening and vetting process. Our goal is to eliminate any prospects who do not have the necessary funds, credit or experience / qualifications to purchase.
Before sharing any confidential information, we ensure that every Buyer is approved by the Seller, and signs an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). We not only protect the privacy of the Seller, we guarantee that the Seller does not waste valuable time unnecessarily interacting with hundreds of unqualified inquiries.
5 Transaction Management
